Multilingual Statement
Which languages EnaTTO and its documents are available in, where German is still a preview and which texts appear in English.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of conflict the Turkish version prevails. This document is pending legal review.
EnaTTO is used by organizations in several countries. This statement explains honestly which parts of the product are available in which language, so that organizations can plan their own communication with users and external persons.

2. Organization language
Each organization chooses Turkish, English or German as its language. Dates and numbers are formatted according to that language (for example de-DE for German).
3. German is a preview
The German interface is a complete first translation. It has not yet been fully reviewed by a native German speaker. Terms may change in later versions. If you notice a wrong or unclear German text, please tell us at support@enainnovation.com.
4. Texts that appear in English
When the organization's language is not Turkish, some texts generated on the server fall back to English:
- emails sent by the Service, including notifications, confirmation emails to people who use the public forms and scheduled indicator summaries;
- column and field labels in exports and the text of PDF certificates;
- the demo data set.
Public forms submit their entries with English as the language code when the page is shown in German, so confirmation and follow-up emails to external persons are sent in English. Labels that the organization has created or edited itself and for which no German text exists are shown in English.
5. Content is not translated
EnaTTO does not translate content. Record titles, descriptions, documents, technology summaries and messages appear in the language in which they were written. Optional AI suggestions do not translate records either.
6. Legal documents
Our legal documents are published in Turkish, English and German. The English and German versions are translations provided for convenience; in case of conflict the Turkish version prevails. Contract Documents agreed with a customer may set a different contract language.
7. Help and support

8. Changes
We update this statement when language coverage changes, for example when German emails, exports and certificates become available.
