EnaTTO
Use case

Follow startups from call to graduation in one place

Technoparks and incubators use EnaTTO to run pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration programmes, public applications, evaluation on weighted criteria, mentoring and progress, funding rounds and programme exits; training, events and industry collaboration live in the same environment.

Programmes and calls

Pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration; criteria copy into the call and lock after the first score.

Public applications

Founders apply without an account; applications arrive after e-mail confirmation.

Blind evaluation

Reviewers score each criterion 1–5 and see only the applications assigned to them.

Mentoring and progress

Mentoring sessions, milestones, periodic check-ins, a lean canvas and a readiness checklist.

Funding and spin-offs

Funding rounds, spin-off details and programme exit with an outcome.

Training and events

Public registration, waiting list, attendance per session, certificates and an anonymous survey.

Common challenges

  • Applications arrive scattered across forms and e-mail.
  • Reviewer scores are collected in different spreadsheets, and criteria change mid-call.
  • Mentoring sessions and startup progress are not recorded.
  • Funding and exit information is searched for by hand at reporting time.
  • Event registrations, attendance and certificates run in separate tools.

Records kept together

  • Applications, evaluations and selection decisions

From application to decision

A programme is defined with weighted criteria; once a call is published it is listed on the public application page. Applications are received after e-mail confirmation, and unconfirmed ones are deleted after 48 hours. The TTO assigns reviewers, and the weighted score is calculated from 0 to 100. Your team makes the decision: accept, reserve or reject.

A startup in the programme

A startup record is opened from an accepted application, or an existing campus company is added directly. Founders and mentors are directory people and get no account. Your team records mentoring sessions, milestones and periodic check-ins (team, customers, monthly revenue, total investment).

Funding rounds are kept with type, investor, amount and status; only closed rounds count in indicators. In a spin-off record, the institution’s share is only what your users enter. Programme exit is always recorded with an outcome: graduated, acquired, closed, left or other.

The rest of the ecosystem

In the academy module, training and events are managed with public registration; participants above the threshold receive PDF certificates that anyone can check on the verification page. Company profiles, industry demands and agreements are kept in the same environment. Reports show entrepreneurship, training and industry indicators.
