From awareness training to certificate

EnaTTO Academy manages the TTO’s training programmes, seminars, workshops and other events: public registration with a waiting list, attendance per session, PDF certificates anyone can verify and an anonymous feedback survey.

Events and sessions

Seminars, workshops, courses, webinars and conferences; in person, online or hybrid.

Public registration

Participants register without an account, confirm by e-mail and can cancel until the first session.

Waiting list

When an event is full, a waiting list starts; the next person gets an e-mail when a seat opens.

Attendance per session

The TTO marks attendance for each session; the percentage is compared with the certificate threshold.

Verifiable certificates

Certificates of attendance as PDF; anyone can check one on the verification page.

Feedback and indicators

An anonymous survey with fixed questions; training and event indicators in reports.

Programmes, events and trainers

Optional training programmes group related events. An event consists of one or more sessions, and total hours are calculated from the sessions. Trainers are directory people, and training materials are linked from the document store.

Public registration and waiting list

The institution’s event page lists only events that are published, within their registration period and not yet started; capacity, registration counts and online links are never shown. Participants register without an account with their name, e-mail and organisation, and confirm their e-mail address; a confirmed registration holds a seat.

The same link later lets them view their registration and cancel until the first session. When an event is full a waiting list starts; on a cancellation or a capacity increase, the next person moves up and is told by e-mail. Registrations not confirmed within 48 hours are deleted.

Attendance and certificates

The TTO marks attendance per session. After the last session, one button issues PDF certificates to every participant above the attendance threshold (80% by default); running it again issues only the missing ones. The TTO can issue a certificate manually to someone below the threshold or revoke one with a reason.

The code on the certificate is a verification code. The public verification page shows the participant’s name, the event, date, duration and issuer; for a revoked certificate it shows only “invalid”. Participants receive the verification link by e-mail.

Anonymous feedback and indicators

After the last session the TTO sends the survey with one button to everyone who attended at least one session. The questions are fixed so events stay comparable: overall, content, trainer and organisation (1–5), a recommendation and an optional comment. The survey link works once and responses are anonymous; the TTO sees averages, rates and comments only.

Indicators such as events, training hours, registrations, participants, attendance rate, certificates, satisfaction and recommendation rate appear in reports under training and events.

Frequently asked questions

Do participants need an account?
No. Participants register through the public form and confirm their e-mail address. The TTO manages registrations internally.
How do third parties verify a certificate?
With the code on the certificate, on the public verification page. It shows the name, event, date, duration and issuer; for a revoked certificate it shows only “invalid”.
Can survey responses be traced to a person?
No. Responses are anonymous; the TTO sees averages, recommendation and response rates and comments, not who answered.
In which language are e-mails sent?
Participant e-mails go out in the registration’s language. Server-generated texts are not yet available in German; for German registrations they are sent in English.
