Your startup programmes, from call to graduation

EnaTTO manages startup programmes, calls, applications, evaluation and the progress of the ventures you select. Applications arrive through a public form, the reviewers you assign score them on weighted criteria and the TTO decides; mentoring, funding and spin-off details are tracked on the venture record.

Programmes and calls

Pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration; criteria lock after the first score.

Public applications

Founders apply without an account; the application counts once the e-mail is confirmed.

Blind evaluation

Reviewers see only the application assigned to them; contact details and other scores stay hidden.

Mentoring

Mentors are directory people; the TTO records sessions, topics and follow-ups.

Progress

Milestones, periodic check-ins, a lean canvas and an investment readiness checklist.

Funding and spin-offs

Funding rounds, spin-off details and programme exit; startup indicators in reports.

Programmes, calls and applications

A programme is defined as pre-incubation, incubation or acceleration with weighted criteria. A call takes its criteria from the programme, and they cannot change once the first score is given. Applications can only be made to a published call.

The institution’s application page lists only published calls within their application dates, and never shows how many applications there are. The form needs no account, requires explicit consent and is rate-limited; once the e-mail is confirmed the application is received and your team is notified. Applications not confirmed within 48 hours are deleted.

Evaluation and decision

The TTO assigns members of the institution as reviewers, which creates a task and a notification. Reviewers score each criterion from 1 to 5 and a weighted score from 0 to 100 is calculated. Evaluation is blind: reviewers see only the application assigned to them, never contact details, internal notes or other scores. A submitted review cannot change unless it is reopened.

The TTO sees the average, lowest and highest scores and makes the decision: admit, waitlist or reject. The existing committee module can be used if needed.

Venture records, mentoring and progress

A venture record is opened from an accepted application or directly, with name, summary, stage, sector and founders. Founders and mentors are directory people and get no accounts. The TTO assigns mentors and records sessions with date, duration, topics and follow-ups.

Progress is tracked through milestones and periodic check-ins (team, customers, monthly revenue, total investment). A nine-field lean canvas and an eight-item investment readiness checklist sit on the same record.

Funding, spin-offs and indicators

Funding rounds are recorded with type, investor, amount, currency, date and status, and only closed rounds count in the indicators. For a spin-off, the legal name, founding date and a link to the company in the directory are kept; the institution’s share is only what a user enters. Programme exit always closes with an outcome: graduated, acquired, discontinued, left or other.

Indicators such as applications, admissions, active startups, spin-offs, startups receiving investment, mentoring hours and graduations appear in reports under entrepreneurship.
