Funding and projects

Your projects, from call to closure

EnaTTO tracks funding programmes and calls, project ideas, proposals, internal approval and the delivery of funded projects: team and consortium, budget, milestones, deliverables and periodic reports. It does not replace the official application portals of funding bodies.

Funding programme catalogue

Horizon Europe, ERC, EIC, MSCA and your country’s programmes (e.g. DFG, UKRI); editable profiles.

Calls and deadlines

Opening, submission and internal deadlines; calls are listed by the nearest deadline.

Project ideas

A lightweight idea record, visible to the proposer and management, convertible into a project.

Team and consortium

Team roles and person-months, partners, a single coordinator and budget shares.

Internal approval

A proposal passes a configurable approval workflow before it goes to the funder.

Delivery and reports

Planned and actual budget, milestones, deliverables, periodic reports and closure.

Funding catalogue and calls

Funding programmes come as ready-made profiles and are added to the catalogue on first use: international programmes (Horizon Europe, ERC, EIC, MSCA) and the programmes of the organisation’s country, for example TÜBİTAK, TÜSEB, KOSGEB and development agencies in Türkiye, or DFG, BMFTR, ZIM and EXIST in Germany. There are country programmes for the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Switzerland too. The profiles are your organisation’s data: you edit them and add the institution’s own programmes.

Each call is kept with its opening and submission dates, internal deadline, budget cap and eligibility note, and the call list shows the nearest deadline first.

From idea to proposal

Project ideas are lightweight records that only the proposer and management can see, and can be converted into a project. A proposal is opened with the principal investigator, target call, the programme’s currency and a period; team members are added with roles and person-months, consortium partners with roles and budget shares.

Before a proposal goes to the funder it passes an internal approval workflow. A project can be submitted to more than one call; the official application number, the amounts requested and awarded and the outcome are kept on the submission record. The application itself is made through the funder’s official portal.

Delivery, reports and closure

A funded project moves to the “In progress” stage. The budget is tracked as planned and actual per category and period in a single currency, and only the principal investigator, the person responsible and project managers can see it; it is not an accounting system.

Milestones and deliverables are tracked with an overdue flag, and periodic reports with tasks that have due dates. A project cannot close before its final report is submitted, and early termination requires an explanation. The outcome summary and invention disclosures that came out of the project are shown on the project record.
