Clearly defined indicators, reported without opening confidential records

EnaTTO reports come from an indicator dictionary that documents each indicator’s definition, calculation and source, for months, quarters and years. Confidential records count only in totals; optional benchmarking compares you anonymously with similar institutions.

Indicator dictionary

Project, IP, industry, startup, training, commercialisation and operations indicators with definitions.

Period reports

Month, quarter and year, each with the previous period. The fiscal year start is an organisation setting.

Trends

Follow the indicators you choose over the last 4, 8 or 12 periods as charts and tables.

Indicator sets and summaries

Save and share sets; at the end of each period, chosen recipients get an e-mail summary.

Excel and CSV

Indicators, dashboards and record lists export; only the requester downloads the file, deleted after 7 days.

Opt-in benchmarking

Preview and approve your yearly indicators; compare anonymously with similar institutions by quartiles.

Indicators with a definition

Each indicator’s definition, calculation method, measurement period and source record is documented in the indicator dictionary. Reports are grouped into projects and funding, intellectual property, industry collaboration, entrepreneurship, training and events, commercialisation and operations. Period-end values are calculated from stage and status history.

People with report access see totals; titles, people and details of confidential and strictly confidential records never appear in report rows. The institutional viewer role sees only these aggregate reports.

Dashboards and workload

Module dashboards show disclosures and projects by stage, applications by status and office, and 30/60/90-day deadline buckets, without record names or codes. Per-person workload (open, overdue and soon-due tasks) is visible only to people who can assign tasks.

Trends, sets and e-mail summaries

Trends calculate the chosen indicators for the last 4, 8 or 12 months, quarters or years; every indicator has its own chart with a table view, and money indicators are separate series per currency. Indicator sets are personal by default; sharing and scheduling need export permission. A scheduled set e-mails a summary with totals only to chosen recipients when a period ends.

Depending on the country profile, relevant indicators are labelled with report framework names such as TÜBİTAK 1513, HE-BCI or ASTP. These are labels only and do not replace an official template.

Opt-in benchmarking

Taking part in benchmarking is optional. Once a year, for the last completed fiscal year, an authorised person previews and approves the values to be sent. Only rates, durations and scores of 28 selected indicators and counts per 100 staff are shared; no amounts, records, names or codes.

You are compared with at least 5 organisations of the same country and institution type; if there are not enough, the same type across all countries is used, and otherwise the indicator is not shown. Only the lower quartile, median and upper quartile are returned. You can leave at any time; leaving deletes all your submissions.

Frequently asked questions

Do reports reveal confidential inventions?
No. Confidential and strictly confidential records count only in totals; titles, people and details never appear in report rows. In exported files these rows show only a code and status.
Does EnaTTO produce the TÜBİTAK report directly?
Relevant indicators are labelled with the report framework of your country profile. Mapping to the official template columns follows once a sample template is shared; EnaTTO does not replace official reporting portals.
Do we see other institutions’ names in benchmarking?
No. Only the peer group’s lower quartile, median and upper quartile are shown; minimum and maximum values are never returned.
Which export formats are available?
Excel and CSV. Files are prepared in the background, only the requester can download them, and they are deleted after 7 days.
