From a demo to your own environment, step by step
EnaTTO is set up as a separate environment for every organisation. We first walk through the product using your processes, then confirm how your office works with a pilot, and then open your organisation’s environment. We send our quote once the scope is clear; there are no prices on this page.
What every organisation environment includes
Modules are not switched on one by one; every module is included in your environment.
All modules
Invention disclosures, intellectual property, funding and projects, committees, industry collaboration, startups, academy, commercialisation, documents and reports.
A separate environment
An environment with its own database, document storage and configuration, at its own address (code.enatto.com).
Updates
New versions are installed in one step, with a backup taken first. You see what changed on the What’s new page in the app.
Backups
The database and documents are backed up every night, encrypted, and kept for 14 days; restores are tested with a drill.
Languages and country profile
Turkish and English interface, German as a preview; patent office, funding programme and reporting framework profiles for your organisation’s country.
Support
Reach the ENA Innovation team by e-mail, phone and WhatsApp for setup, inviting users and everyday use.
We start in three steps
At the end of each step, you decide whether to continue.
- 1
Demo
With your team, we walk through the path from invention disclosure to licence on a fictional university TTO dataset and answer your questions.
- 2
Pilot
We set up your office’s real workflows, committee structure and roles in EnaTTO and try them with a limited team for a limited time.
- 3
Organisation environment
We open your organisation’s environment at code.enatto.com, invite users, import the directory and publish your workflows.
What shapes the scope
Every setup uses the same product; your institution’s needs shape the scope of the work.
Organisation structure
Institution, related institutions and unit tree; committees and workflow settings.
Data import
Importing people and units from CSV or Excel; whether existing records need to be migrated.
Institutional sign-in
Setting up single sign-on (SSO) with institutional accounts.
Integrations
Configuring your institution’s own EPO Open Patent Services and OpenAlex keys; optional benchmarking and AI assistance.
Hosting location
The hosting region of the environment is agreed at setup and written into the contract.
