AI assistance

Help that suggests but never decides, and never sees confidential records

EnaTTO’s AI assistance is switched on per organisation and is off by default. It suggests keywords and sectors, ranks rule-based candidates for an industry demand and writes an editable report draft from aggregate indicators. Confidential and strictly confidential records are never sent, and nothing is written to a record automatically.

Off by default

Switched on by someone with integration permission; while off, everything else works the same.

Keywords and sectors

Up to 10 keywords and 3 sectors for expertise profiles, technologies, industry demands and projects.

Candidate ranking

Ranks rule-based matching candidates under neutral labels instead of names, with a one-line reason.

Report draft

Writes an editable draft from aggregate indicators only; it is never saved automatically.

No confidential records

Confidential and strictly confidential records are rejected on the server; company names and contacts are never sent.

Every request audited

Target, character count and number of suggestions go to the audit log; the text itself does not.

Optional and off by default

AI assistance arrives switched off in every organisation and is switched on by someone with integration permission. Suggestions are available only to people who can edit the record, and they are generated from the stored content. Each person can make up to 30 requests per hour.

What it does

It suggests keywords and sectors on expertise profiles (summary and research areas, without name or contact details), technologies (public catalogue summary only), industry demands and projects. On an industry demand it re-ranks the candidates found by rule-based matching under neutral labels such as “Expert 3”. In reports it opens a report draft from aggregate indicators in an editable box.

  • Keyword and sector suggestions (up to 10 keywords, 3 sectors)
  • Re-ranking of demand candidates under neutral labels
  • Report draft from aggregate indicators

What it never sends or does

Confidential and strictly confidential records are never sent; the server rejects such requests. For industry demands, title, description and keywords may be sent; the company name, contact person, e-mail, phone and internal notes never are. A technology’s internal technical description is never sent.

Nothing is written to a record automatically: you choose a suggestion, you add a match, you edit and use a draft. Suggestions that duplicate existing tags or fall outside the defined sector list are filtered out.

Frequently asked questions

Are invention disclosures sent to the AI service?
No confidential or strictly confidential record is ever sent, and invention disclosures start as confidential. The server rejects such requests.
Does the AI decide whom to contact?
No. It only ranks rule-based candidates under neutral labels; your TTO team adds matches and decides whom to contact.
What happens if we leave it off?
It is off by default. While it is off, every other part of EnaTTO, including rule-based matching, works the same.
Are requests logged?
Yes. Every request is written to the audit log with its target, character count and number of suggestions; the text sent is not stored.
