Infrastructure provider
Standard EnaTTO deployments and the ENA Cloud central infrastructure run on Huawei Cloud. Each organisation's environment is separate, and the hosting region is agreed with the organisation in the contract.
For data in organization environments, Huawei Cloud acts as a sub-processor on behalf of ENA Innovation: it stores and processes the data only according to ENA Innovation's configuration and instructions. Huawei Cloud's compliance resources, data processing appendix and certifications are described in the official resources below.
