A traceable path for technology transfer

The path from an invention disclosure to a licence takes years and brings together inventors, TTO specialists, reviewers, committees, patent attorneys and companies. Much of this work is still scattered across spreadsheets, e-mail and shared folders, so deadlines, confidentiality and reporting depend on individual attention.

We built EnaTTO for that gap, starting from the processes of a technology transfer office: configurable workflows, a clear distinction between institution and units, record-level permissions, traceability and indicators with written definitions. We began with invention disclosures and intellectual property and continued with industry collaboration, startups, the academy and commercialisation.

We published the first release in November 2026. The product started in Türkiye, but country-specific funding programmes, patent offices and reporting frameworks are not hard-coded; they come as a profile based on the organisation’s country. EnaTTO makes no legal determinations: ownership, rights and revenue sharing are always your institution’s decision.
