Country profiles & languages

Offices, programmes and labels that fit your country

EnaTTO uses a profile based on your organisation’s country: recommended patent offices, national funding programmes, report framework labels and links to legal sources for Türkiye, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The interface is available in Turkish, English and German; German is a preview.

Profile from your country

The profile follows your organisation’s country; other countries use a general international profile.

Recommended patent offices

The national office plus EPO, WIPO and USPTO; annuity suggestions are reminders only.

National funding programmes

International and national programmes are added to the funding catalogue as editable data.

Report framework labels

Names such as TÜBİTAK 1513, HE-BCI or ASTP label indicators; they do not replace official templates.

Links to legal sources only

Employee invention law is linked, not interpreted; EnaTTO makes no legal determinations.

Three interface languages

Turkish, English and German (preview); dates and numbers follow the organisation language.

What a profile brings

The profile comes from your organisation’s country; there is no separate setting. When the profile changes, only new items are affected: existing applications and catalogue entries are neither changed nor deleted.

  • Patent offices: national office + EPO, WIPO, USPTO
  • Funding catalogue: e.g. TÜBİTAK, TÜSEB, KOSGEB and development agencies for TR; DFG, BMFTR, ZIM, EXIST for DE; UKRI, Innovate UK, KTP for GB; NWO and MIT-regeling for NL; SNSF, Innosuisse, BRIDGE for CH
  • Report framework: TÜBİTAK 1513 monitoring indicators for TR, HE-BCI for GB, ASTP for DE/NL/CH and the general profile
  • Legal sources: links only, e.g. 6769 SMK art. 113–121 for TR, ArbnErfG § 42 for DE

Deadline suggestions are reminders

Annuities and other patent deadlines are suggested from the office profile and the dates you enter, and a person confirms each suggestion. They are reminders, not legal advice or determinations. Funding programmes come without amounts or schedules; your institution enters them.

Languages, time zone and formats

The organisation language can be Turkish, English or German. The German interface is a preview: the translation is still to be reviewed by a native speaker. In German-language organisations, server-generated e-mails, PDF certificates and exported files are in English for now.

Dates and numbers follow the organisation language. The time zone is an organisation setting; “today” and due dates follow it, and times are stored in UTC.

Frequently asked questions

What if our country is not on the list?
Your organisation uses the general international profile: international offices such as EPO, WIPO and USPTO and international funding programmes are suggested.
Does EnaTTO work out employee invention rights?
No. The profile only links to the legal source. Ownership, rights and revenue sharing are records your users enter explicitly; EnaTTO neither infers nor suggests them.
Is the German interface final?
German is a preview; the translation will be reviewed by a native speaker. Server-generated e-mails, certificates and exports are in English for now.
Do existing records change when the profile changes?
No. A profile change affects only new items; missing funding programmes are added, and existing records are neither changed nor deleted.
