Admin panel and public pages

Where EnaTTO is used - the admin panel for staff and members, and public pages where companies, founders and participants reach your TTO without login.

Applies to:
  • EnaTTO app
  • Public pages

EnaTTO has two surfaces. Your staff, academics and committee members work in the admin panel with an account. Companies, founders and event participants use the public pages: they need no account and confirm what they send by email. Both run at your organization's EnaTTO address. There is no mobile app.

Admin panel

Address: /admin at your organization's EnaTTO address. Everyone signs in with an organization account, by invitation or single sign-on. What each person sees depends on their role. Members such as academics also work here: they open invention disclosures and project ideas, edit their expertise profile and complete assessments assigned to them.

The addresses are the same in every interface language. The pages appear in your organization's default language, with your organization's name.

How the public forms protect you and the sender

  • No account: the sender gives a name, email and the details of the request.
  • Explicit consent: a privacy notice and a consent box are required.
  • Email confirmation: the sender gets a confirmation link valid for 48 hours. Nothing reaches your team until it is confirmed; unconfirmed submissions are deleted after 48 hours.
  • Limits against abuse: a hidden trap field and sending limits per network address and per email address. There is no CAPTCHA.
  • Only what is meant to be public: the catalogue shows only the public summary and current TRL; event pages never show capacity, registration numbers, online links or internal notes; the startup page does not show how many applications a call has.
