This article was verified with an older release. Screen names or steps may differ in the current version.

The admin panel is where all EnaTTO work happens. The sidebar shows only the pages your role can open, so two colleagues may see different menus.

Overview

Overview shows today's date in your organization's time zone, a summary of My tasks (open, overdue and due within 3 days) and, if you can view reports, this year's indicators. See Indicators and dashboards.

My tasks

My tasks collects tasks from every module in one list: workflow stages waiting for you, assessments, startup evaluations, period reports and tasks colleagues gave you. Switch between Assigned to me, Created by me and All.

  • Add task creates a task for yourself. TTO staff and owners (Assign tasks permission) can assign it to someone else.
  • A task has a title, priority (Low, Normal, High), optional Due date and an optional linked record.
  • Complete, Reopen or Cancel task from the task.

You are notified the day before a task is due and when it becomes overdue. Workflow tasks close by themselves when the stage moves on.

Notifications

The bell icon (Notifications) lists what needs your attention: tasks assigned or completed, workflow actions waiting for you, approaching or passed stage deadlines, committee meetings and decisions, approaching IP deadlines, access given to you, and new web-form submissions (industry demands, startup applications, technology inquiries) for the teams that handle them. Mark all as read clears the list.

Most notifications are also sent by email. Emails carry only the record code and a link, never confidential content.

No phone notifications

EnaTTO notifies in the panel and by email. It has no mobile app and sends no push notifications.

Lists and record pages

Lists have search, filters and pages; these are kept in the address bar, so going back from a record returns you to the same view. If a filter returns nothing, Clear filters resets it. Record pages show the record's code (for example DF4K7M2Q) and have Copy link. Every record in EnaTTO has such a code; you use it to link records to each other.

Some complex pages need a wide screen; on a narrow screen EnaTTO asks you to use a desktop.
