Reports shows your TTO's activity as indicators from a fixed KPI dictionary: each indicator has a definition, a calculation method and the date that decides which period it falls into. Reports contain totals only. Confidential records are counted but never listed.
Required role
- View aggregated reports: Owner, TTO staff and Institutional viewer.
- Workload is visible only to people who can assign tasks (Owner, TTO staff).
- Exports needs Export reports and lists (Owner, TTO staff).
Indicators
The Indicators tab shows the indicators for one period. Choose the Period type (Month, Quarter, Year) and move with Previous period and Next period. Years and quarters start in the month set as the fiscal year start in Organization settings. Each indicator shows the previous period's value next to it.
Indicators are grouped:
| Group | Examples |
|---|---|
| Projects and funding | Project applications, funded projects, application success rate, approved budget, project expenditure |
| Intellectual property | Invention disclosures, decision time, protection rate, patent applications, granted patents, protection costs, missed deadlines |
| Industry collaboration | Industry demands, win rate, agreements signed, industry income, time to match |
| Entrepreneurship | Startup applications, admission rate, spin-off companies, investment and grants, mentoring hours |
| Training and events | Events held, training hours, participants, attendance rate, average satisfaction |
| Commercialisation | Technologies in portfolio, catalogue inquiries, licences in force, royalty revenue |
| Operations | Overdue tasks, workflow duration, digitally completed processes |
Amounts are shown per currency; there is no currency conversion. Snapshot indicators (for example projects in progress) show the state at the end of the period.
Indicators tagged with a reporting framework (for example TÜBİTAK 1513, HE-BCI or ASTP, depending on your country) feed that national TTO reporting framework. The tag is a label; official template layouts are not built in.
If AI assistance is on, AI draft writes an editable report text from the period's aggregate values. See AI assistance.
The Overview page shows this year's indicators to everyone who can view reports.
IP and project dashboards
- Intellectual property: invention disclosures by stage, applications by status and by office, open deadlines in 30/60/90-day buckets, active assets by type.
- Projects: projects by stage, open funding calls, calls closing within 30 days, submissions awaiting result, overdue milestones, period reports due.
Dashboards show counts only, never record names or codes.
Workload
Workload lists, per person, open tasks, overdue tasks, tasks due within 7 days and the records they are responsible for. Institutional viewers do not see it.
