Organization identity
- Identity: the Organization name (the legal or official name used in PDFs, emails and critical confirmations) and the Short name (used in the header, menu and titles). The organization-language row is required; if the other language is left blank, the organization-language name is shown there too.
- Logos: the Organization logo appears on the sign-in page, in the admin panel and as the app icon. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP (a transparent PNG of at least 256×256 px works best) and position it in the circle. The change is saved after you confirm.
Regional settings
Language
Default language is the language of the admin panel and the public pages for everyone in your organization: Turkish, English or German. There is no separate per-user language. Dates and numbers follow the language's format.
German is a preview
The German interface is a first translation and will be reviewed by a native German speaker. Texts generated by the server are still in English when the interface is German: emails, PDF certificates, export labels and demo data. Workflow stages, patent offices, sectors and other catalogue labels have German names; a label your organization edited without a German version is shown in English. Confirmation emails to people who use the public forms are sent in English.
Time and country
- Time zone: times in the panel, records, deadlines and reports are shown in this zone, and "today" and day boundaries are calculated with it.
- Country: the default phone country code. The country also selects your regulatory profile, shown under the country, and the peer group for benchmarking.
- Fiscal year start: yearly and quarterly reports start in this month (for example September for an academic year).
Each change asks for confirmation and applies organization-wide.
License
The License section shows the app version and, once subscriptions are set up, the plan and its status.
