Audit log
The EnaTTO audit log records every change, confidential access, export, import and AI request in a signed chain. Search, filter, verify and export it.
- EnaTTO app
This article was verified with an older release. Screen names or steps may differ in the current version.
The Audit log lists who did what, to which record and when. Records cannot be changed or deleted; each one is signed and chained to the previous record so that tampering can be detected.
Required role
- Records permission: Owner and Administrator.
Read the log
Go to Audit log. Choose a Date range (the last 30 days by default), search by user or summary, and filter by Action and Record type. The cards count the total, new records, updates, removed records, exports and distinct users in the period, and a chart shows Daily audit actions. Export as Excel downloads the table.
Actions
Create, Update, Delete, Restore, Export, Access, Approval, Run and Import.
What is recorded
- every change to a record, including role changes and record access given or removed,
- opening confidential and strictly confidential records, justified access and document downloads (Access),
- the expiry of time-limited access,
- exports, scheduled email summaries, benchmark submissions and AI requests (Export),
- directory imports and account–person links,
- workflow actions, assessments, committee decisions and published workflow versions.
Record detail
Click a row to open it. The detail shows the user, the record, the changes and Technical details. A badge shows the signature check:
- Verified: the signature and the chain link to the previous record were verified.
- Unverified: the signature or chain link could not be verified. Report it to support.
- Unsigned record: written before audit signing started; its content stays read-only.
Use Previous record and Next record to move through the list.
Personal data is masked
Names and email addresses are masked in audit records. Content that should not be copied is left out: for AI requests only counts are stored, never the text, and survey answers are recorded without content, participant or IP address.
