The Trends tab of Reports shows how indicators change over time. You can save the indicators you watch as a set, share it with colleagues and receive a summary by email when a period ends.
Required role
- Trends and personal sets: View aggregated reports.
- Sharing a set and scheduling email summaries: Export reports and lists (Owner, TTO staff).
View trends
Open Reports → Trends.
Add indicator for each indicator you want to follow. Choose the Period type (Month, Quarter, Year) and the number of periods (the last 4, 8 or 12).
Each indicator gets its own chart, because units differ. Table shows the same values as a table. Amounts have a separate series per currency.
Values use the same definitions as the period report. Snapshot indicators show the state at the end of each period.
Indicator sets
Save as set saves the selected indicators and period type under a Set name. A set is personal by default; only its owner can edit or delete it.
- Share with the organisation: everyone who can view reports can pick the set; only you can edit it.
- Send an e-mail summary: when each period ends, a summary of the completed period (with the previous period for comparison) is emailed once to the Recipients you choose.
Recipients must be organization members who can view reports; this is checked again at each sending. The summary contains aggregate counts and amounts only, no record names or codes. It is written in the organization language (Turkish, otherwise English). The first summary covers the last completed period; missed older periods are not sent. Each sending is written to the audit log.
Deleting a set also removes its scheduled summary.
