Participants register for trainings and events without an account, and anyone can check whether a certificate of attendance is valid. This article is for participants and for TTO staff who want to know what they see.
Register for an event
Open Trainings and events (/etkinlik at the organization's EnaTTO address). It lists the events open for registration with their sessions and hours. Click Register, or Join the waiting list if the event is full.
Enter your full name, E-mail, You are (academic, student, institution staff, industry, public sector, other), your institution or company and phone. Tick the consent box and click Send registration.
Click the confirmation link in the email within 48 hours. The page shows You're registered, or You're on the waiting list with your position.
If the event is full, you are on the waiting list. When a place opens, your registration is confirmed automatically and you get an email.
Registering again with the same email does not create a second registration: you get a new link to your existing registration.
Cancel your registration
Keep the link from the email. It shows your registration and Cancel my registration until the event starts. After the event has started, contact the organisers to change your registration.
Answer the survey
After the event, participants who attended get a survey link by email. It has five short questions and an optional comment. The link works once and stays valid for 30 days. Answers are anonymous: the organisers see them without your name.
Verify a certificate
Open Verify a certificate (/sertifika).
Enter the Verification code: the 8-character code starting with SF, at the bottom right of the certificate. Click Verify. The link in the certificate email opens the result directly.
A Valid certificate shows the participant, event, date, duration, issuer and issue date, and offers Download PDF. If the certificate was revoked, the page says This certificate is not valid without showing the name. If no certificate has the code, check it and try again.
