Attendance, certificates and feedback
Take attendance per session in EnaTTO, issue PDF certificates with a verification code, revoke them, and send an anonymous feedback survey after the event.
- EnaTTO app
- Public pages
This article was verified with an older release. Screen names or steps may differ in the current version.
After the sessions, the TTO records who attended, issues certificates of attendance to those who reached the threshold and asks participants for feedback.
Required role
- Manage training and events (TTO staff, Owner).
Attendance
On the event, open Attendance, choose a session and mark the registered participants who were present. Mark all present and Clear all help with large groups. Click Save attendance. Only registered participants can be marked. Each participant's attendance percentage appears in the participant list.
Certificates
Certificates can be issued once the last session has ended. Registered participants who attended at least the event's threshold (80% by default) of the sessions are Eligible.
Open Certificates and click Issue certificates.
Confirm with Issue and send. Every eligible participant gets a certificate and an email with a verification link (no attachment). If you click it again later, only the missing certificates are issued.
- Issue certificate on a participant below the threshold issues one manually; it is marked Manual.
- Revoke invalidates a certificate with a reason. The reason is kept in the audit log only; the verification page then shows the certificate as invalid without a name. You can issue it again later with a new code.
- Each registration has at most one valid certificate.
The certificate code (starting with SF) is also its verification code. The PDF is generated each time it is opened, in the participant's language, with your organization's logo (or the EnaTTO mark if there is none); it keeps the name, title, date and hours as they were when issued. Anyone can check a certificate on the public verification page.
Feedback survey
Once the last session has ended, open Feedback and click Send survey. Registered participants who attended at least one session get a one-time link by email, valid for 30 days. Clicking again sends it only to those who have not had it yet.
The survey has fixed questions, so events can be compared: Overall, Content, Trainer and Organisation on a scale of 1 to 5, whether they Would recommend the event, and an optional comment.
Answers are anonymous. The TTO sees the averages, the recommendation and response rates and the comments (with their date only), never who answered what.
Indicators
Training indicators such as events held, training hours, registrations, participants, attendance rate, certificates issued, average satisfaction and survey response rate appear in Reports under Training and events. Planned sessions that have not started are not counted.
