Companies and founders can reach the technology transfer office without an account. This article is for them, and for TTO staff who want to know what they see.

Send an industry demand

Open the Industry demand form (/talep at the organization's EnaTTO address).

Under Your need give a Short title, the Demand type, a Description, the Sector and up to 10 Keywords. Do not include trade secrets; you can share them in a meeting.

Under Contact enter the Company name, your full name, E-mail and phone. Read the privacy notice, tick the consent box and click Send demand.

Open the email and click the confirmation link within 48 hours. The page Your demand was received shows your reference code.

The TTO reviews the demand and contacts you. They look for suitable academics and laboratories; nothing is sent to them automatically.

Ask about a technology

In the Technology catalogue (/teknolojiler) search or filter by sector, open a technology and click I'm interested. Enter your company, name, email and phone, the Type of interest (Licence, Assignment, Joint development, Other) and a short message without confidential information. Tick the consent box, click Send, then confirm by email within 48 hours. The TTO then contacts you by email.

Apply to a startup programme

Open Startup application (/basvuru). It lists the open calls of the pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration programmes with their deadlines. Click Apply.

Read the Evaluation criteria. Under Your venture give the venture name, Stage, a short summary, the problem, solution, market and customers, the team (founders and roles, without trade secrets) and the sector.

Under Contact enter your name, email and phone, tick the consent box and click Send application.

Confirm by email within 48 hours. Your application was received shows your reference code.

Evaluators do not see your contact details. If a call has closed meanwhile, the application can no longer be confirmed.

If something goes wrong

  • No email: check your spam folder. The link is valid for 48 hours; after that, send the form again.
  • "This confirmation link has expired": send the form again.
  • "Too many requests": wait and try later; the forms limit how often one network or email address can send.
  • "This call is not open for applications": the call has closed, has not opened yet or does not exist. See open calls.
