EnaTTO supports the whole selection process of startup programmes: you define a programme and its criteria, open a call, receive applications, have evaluators score them and record the decision. Founders apply without an account on the public application page.
Required role
- Manage startup programmes and applications (TTO staff, Owner).
- An evaluator is any organization member assigned to an application; they see only that application.
Programmes
Programmes → Add programme: name, Programme type (Pre-incubation, Incubation, Acceleration, Other), Duration (months), description and the Evaluation criteria with their Weight. New programmes start with Team, Innovation, Market potential and Feasibility; change them as you need. Criteria changes apply to new calls only.
Calls
On a programme, Application calls → Add call: Call name, Capacity, Opens and Closes dates, description and status (Draft, Published, Closed). The criteria are copied from the programme; you can edit them on the call until the first score is submitted, after which they are locked.
A published call within its dates is Open for applications and appears on the public application page. The page does not show how many applications a call has received.
Applications
Applications arrive from the public form (marked Web form) or are added by the TTO with Applications → Add; applications can only be added to a published call. A web-form application stays Awaiting confirmation until the applicant confirms by email; then it is Received and the startup team is notified. Unconfirmed applications are deleted after 48 hours, and an application to a call that has closed can no longer be confirmed.
An application holds the venture name, Stage (Idea, Prototype, MVP, Early revenue, Growth), summary, problem, solution, market and customers, team, sector and contact details. Under Founders and team link founders and team members from the directory; founders do not get accounts.
Statuses: Awaiting confirmation, Received, Screening, Under evaluation, Admitted, Waitlisted, Rejected, Withdrawn.
Evaluation
Under Evaluation → Assign evaluator choose an organization member and a due date. The evaluator gets a task and a notification.
The evaluator opens the application from My tasks. Under My evaluation they score each criterion from 1 to 5 and add a comment. Your total shows the weighted score from 0 to 100. Save draft keeps it; Submit sends it and completes the task.
The TTO sees the Average, Lowest and Highest score and how many evaluations are submitted.
Evaluation is blind: an evaluator sees only the applications assigned to them, never the contact details, internal notes or other evaluators' scores. A submitted evaluation cannot be changed unless it is reopened. Removing an evaluator deletes their scores and cancels their task.
Selection decision
Under Selection decision the TTO chooses Admitted, Waitlisted or Rejected, adds a Decision note and clicks Save decision. The decision is the TTO's; scores support it but do not decide it. If you want a committee to decide, use Committees.
For an admitted application, Create startup record opens the startup. See Startup records and mentoring.
