Funding, spin-offs and programme exit
Record investment and funding rounds, spin-off company details and programme exit outcomes for startups in EnaTTO, and how they appear in the indicators.

The Funding tab of a startup holds its investment and funding rounds and, if it applies, its spin-off details. Programme exit closes the startup with an outcome.
Required role
- Manage startup programmes and applications (TTO staff, Owner).
Investment and funding rounds
Add round: Type (Grant, Prize, Pre-seed, Seed, Series A and later, Loan, Convertible note, Other), investor (an ecosystem partner from the directory, or a typed name), amount and currency, Closing or award date and status (In progress, Closed, Did not close). A closed round needs its closing date. Only closed rounds count in the indicators; the funding raised in check-ins stays as declared by the startup.
Spin-off company
If the startup founded a company based on institutional work, click Mark as spin-off and enter the Legal name, Founded on, the Company record (choose a company from the directory or create a new one with this legal name), Institution share (%) and a note.
The institution share is your entry
EnaTTO records the institution share you enter. It does not calculate or suggest shares or rights.
Remove spin-off mark clears these fields; the company record in the directory is kept.
Programme exit
Close a startup with Programme exit: choose the Outcome (Graduated, Acquired, Discontinued, Left the programme, Other), the Exit date and a note. A startup is always closed with an outcome. Reopen clears the outcome, date and note; they cannot be restored.
Graduated and acquired startups count as successful exits.
Indicators
Entrepreneurship indicators such as applications, admitted startups, admission rate, startups in programmes, spin-off companies, startups receiving investment, investment and grants, mentoring sessions and hours, milestones completed and on time, graduations and time to graduation appear in Reports under Entrepreneurship.
