Running a project
Track a funded project in EnaTTO - budget plan and actuals, milestones and deliverables, period reports, outcomes and linked invention disclosures, and closure.

Once a project is funded and In progress, EnaTTO tracks its budget, milestones, deliverables and period reports until closure. This is project tracking, not accounting.
Required role
- The PI and Manage projects and the funding catalog (TTO staff, Owner) manage the budget, plan and reports.
- Other team members see the project, its milestones and reports, but not the budget.
Budget
Under Budget → Edit budget add lines with a Category (Personnel, Equipment, Consumables, Services, Travel, Overhead, Other), a Period, a description and the Planned and Actual amounts. All amounts are in the project currency. Only the PI and project managers see the budget.
Milestones and deliverables
Under Milestones and deliverables → Edit plan add items of type Milestone or Deliverable with a title, due date and status (Planned, Done, Delayed, Cancelled). The card shows how many are completed and which are overdue.
Period reports
Under Period reports → Schedule report choose the Report type (Interim report, Final report, Financial report), the period (for example "Months 1–6") and the due date. The PI gets a task with that due date.
The PI clicks Submit, optionally with a document code from Documents; submitting closes the task. Project managers then Accept the report or Request revision.
Outcomes
Under Outcomes → Edit outcomes summarise the results (publications, prototypes, products) and link the invention disclosures that came out of the project. Only disclosures you can see are listed.
Close the project
When the final report is submitted, Close project completes the project. Terminate early ends it with an explanation. Both are final stages of the workflow.
Indicators such as funded projects, approved budget, project expenditure and overdue milestones appear in Reports.
