Funding programmes and calls
Keep the funding catalogue in EnaTTO - ready-made programme profiles, your own programmes, and calls with official and internal deadlines for project proposals.

The funding catalogue tells researchers which programmes exist and which calls are open. A funding program is the programme itself (for example a national research grant scheme or Horizon Europe); a funding call is one round of it with dates and amounts. Project proposals choose a call as their target.
Required role
- Viewing programmes and calls: everyone who can open project ideas and proposals (Member, TTO staff, Owner).
- Adding and editing: Manage projects and the funding catalog (TTO staff, Owner).
Funding programs
Funding programs lists ready-made profiles and the programmes your institution adds. Ready-made profiles are marked Ready-made profile. They come from your regulatory profile: international programmes plus the programmes of your country (for example DFG, ZIM and EXIST for Germany; UKRI, Innovate UK and KTP for the United Kingdom; NWO and MIT-regeling for the Netherlands; SNSF, Innosuisse and BRIDGE for Switzerland; TÜBİTAK, TÜSEB and KOSGEB programmes for Türkiye). The profiles carry no amounts or dates; you can edit them to fit your needs.
To add one, click Add program and enter the name, Program code, Funder, an optional funder from the directory (Funder (partner code)), Type (Research grant, R&D and innovation support, Fellowship and student support, Infrastructure support, Other), Currency, Country and Website.
Funding calls
Open a programme and click Add call. Enter:
- the call title, Opens date and Deadline (the official deadline),
- an Internal deadline, which must come before the official one so there is time for internal approval,
- an optional Budget cap in the programme's currency, Eligibility, notes and the Call page link.
Dates are evaluated by your organization's day. A call is Upcoming, Open or Closed according to its dates. Funding calls lists open and upcoming calls with the nearest deadline first and shows the days left. Archive call hides a call from the lists.
Applications are made on the official portal
EnaTTO manages internal preparation and tracking. It does not replace the funder's application portal.
